Thank you for choosing West Coast Studios for your music production needs. Our aim is to provide a professional, creative, and productive environment for all our clients. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following terms of service when using our studio facilities.

Booking and Deposits

1. Booking Confirmation: All session bookings must be confirmed by West Coast Studios. Confirmation will be sent via email or phone.

2. Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be credited towards your final invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
   
   

Studio Conduct

1. Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may not receive an extension of booked time, depending on studio availability.

2. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the studio premises.

3. Food and Drink: Only closed-lid drinks are allowed in the studio. No gum or open containers are permitted to prevent spills and maintain cleanliness.

4. Guest Policy: Only individuals essential to the recording session are allowed in the studio. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring guests.
   
   

Equipment and Facilities

1. Use of Equipment: Only West Coast Studios staff and authorized individuals may operate studio equipment. Misuse or damage to studio equipment may result in additional charges.

2. Personal Belongings: West Coast Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
   
   

Sessions and Services

1. Preparation: To maximize studio time, please come prepared with all necessary materials for your session.

2. Conduct During Sessions: We strive to provide a collaborative and respectful working environment. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of the session without a refund.
   
   

Payment and Additional Charges

1. Payment: Full payment for studio services is due at the end of your session.

2. Overtime: Sessions that extend beyond the booked time are subject to availability and will incur additional charges at our standard hourly rate.

3. Damages: Any damages to studio property caused by the client or their guests will be billed to the client.
   
   

Liability

West Coast Studios is not liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property that may occur on studio premises. Clients are responsible for their own safety and for handling their equipment and personal items with care.

Agreement to Terms

By booking a session at West Coast Studios, you agree to comply with these terms of service. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in termination of your session and/or future booking privileges.
